We love packing an order to go out to waiting dogs or cats, so we have your order ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

Postage.
Free drop off to your door delivery (in Cowra, Canowindra, Woodstock NSW area only ).
Find us at local central west NSW markets and events

We can post to virtually anywhere within Australia any of our pet treats and pet products.

All postage is a flat rate of $12.95 via Australia Post with tracking.

Once your order has been handed over to the post office you will receive a tracking number in an email from us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in shipment.

If the parcel is returned as a result of our error (for example, wrong address) we will pay the return shipping costs to get your parcel out to you as fast as we can. If you have typed the wrong address when ordering on our website this would not be our error and you would need to pay for postage again so please double-check your shipping detail because auto fill can be silly sometimes!

Raw Food can not be posted by us, click n collect or local Cowra NSW delivery only. But all our other items are available for delivery to your home or workplace.
